Beware when leaving your vehicle at this shop. My experience was extremely disappointing and stressful after my vehicle was stolen while it was in THEIR shop
When I contacted the business and later dealt with my insurance company, THEY REFUSED TO EVEN ADMIT THE CAR WAS STOLEN FROM
THERE. THEY REFUSE TO EVEN GIVE A STATEMENT TO THEIR CAR INSURANCE COMPANY Rubens explanation on what happened was inconsistent,HE NEVER CALLED THE POLICE
And him calling to tell us two days later Left with serious concerns about the security of vehicles left at this location .If you’re considering bringing your car here, I encourage you to ask detailed questions about their security procedures and what steps they take if something goes wrong.
I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

First, you were never a direct customer of our business. While we understand your frustration regarding a situation involving a family member's vehicle, many of the statements made in this review are factually incorrect.
The allegation that our business, its owners, or employees were involved in the theft of any vehicle is completely false and unsupported. Vehicle theft is a criminal act, and any suggestion that this was an "inside job" is a serious accusation that has no basis in fact.
It is also false that we waited days to inform anyone that the vehicle was missing. The vehicle was stolen overnight, and we notified the vehicle owner promptly after discovering it was no longer on the premises. Any claim that we knowingly withheld this information for days is inaccurate.
Additionally, the claims regarding promises allegedly made by our staff do not accurately reflect our communications. At no point did our team intentionally mislead anyone regarding this matter.
The theft was reported and handled through the appropriate channels, and the insurance company ultimately processed and paid the claim related to the loss. As such, the matter has already been addressed through the applicable insurance process.
While we understand that situations involving vehicle theft can be stressful and emotional, posting false statements and making defamatory accusations against our business and employees does not change the facts. The repeated publication of allegations accusing our company and staff of criminal conduct, without evidence, is a serious matter. We are currently reviewing all available legal remedies regarding these false and defamatory statements and reserve our right to pursue appropriate legal action to protect our business, employees, and reputation.
Before continuing to publish inaccurate information, we encourage you to speak directly with your family member who was actually involved in this matter so that you have a complete and accurate understanding of the facts. Continuing to repeat false allegations serves only to spread misinformation and unfairly damage the reputation of our business and employees.
